I understand the need to work from home for the technician, but I think that forcing people to use the chat is ridiculus !!!!!! I have no internet connection. I can I chat? At the moment I am writing thus from the computer of a friend of mine. I hope that common sense (sic) will prevail and Techincal support via phone will be reistalled soon.
