New Nbn Connection No DSL Light

Received Email and Sms notifying us to connect modem as the nbn connection is now active.
Connected power etc. Only Power and wifi lights are on modem.

Called support and was on hold over 20 mins with no response...

We apologise for the inconvenience our Contact Centre is receiving a high volume of calls. We are able to locate your account using your community details and confirmed that your NBN service has been activated.

 

Our email support team arranged a callback from one of our Technicians tomorrow between 10-11AM AEDST. While you're waiting we did an article that will guide you on how to setup your NBN-FTTN available below.
