New modem

Hi everyone, my HUAWEI modem died today, I had a spare TP-LINK modem and have tried to connect it but it won’t work.
It’s a TD-W8961ND, I’ve tried setting up the IPv4 but only have the primary and secondary DNS servers numbers.

Can anyone help please so I can connect to the internet again

We checked your device (td-w8961nd) and it appears to be an ADSL2+ modem/router only. If you are under the TPG ADSL2+ service, then it should work given that the configuration is correct.

If you are under the TPG NBN service, then it is not compatible.
