I got my modem yesterday
vx420-g2h i have, connected but I don't have any internet even though the lights are green. The message comes up with. Your newly broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured. That was yesterday. We rebooted today and still the same thing. Please help

Did you receive an Email notification that your service is active or installed? If not, then the internet will not work. Kindly wait for the said notification before trying to access the internet.

If yes, shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to check on this further.
