No Customer service - I want to cancel my account

Internet has not been working since the storms last Thursday. I have been trying to lodge a support request BUT I cannot login to my TPG account because apparently my Customer ID and username no longer exist. BUT TPG has just charged my credit cared with the monthly bill on the 17th of November.  I tried to call customer service and after waiting for an hour I was cut off.  I want to close my account and get a refund for the most recent charge because I am paying for internet that does not WORK.  If I don't get a response I will be calling the ACCC to put in a complaint
