Hi guys,

 

There is no internet in my home since friday. I tried calling TPG technical support team and since I'm not the account holder there are not helping beyond some point. They did some basic troubleshooting but Currently, the account holder is overseas so the TPG team asked to nomimate myself as authorized user for the account so that they can help me further. Since he is overseas now he cannot call TPG from there and verify to add me as an authorized user. So, I asked my housemate to send email to TPG stating the same. He sent email to these emails adsl_admin@tpg.com.au and helpdesk@tpg.com.au. Can someone please help me in this regard whether have i been added as an authorized user for the account or not so that TPG team can help me further troubleshooting the process.
