No Internet After Thunderstorm

Unfortunately for me, my internet lost connection after the serve thunderstorm on Monday (05/12) night. I've reset both the NBN modem and the router several times, and I still have the same issue.

We'd like to confirm if there's an outage or the device becomes faulty after the thunderstorm.
