I have a HG658 modem for my TPG NBN service. Over the last few weeks Ive had intermittent connectivity issues. Generally a power cycle of the device is enough to reestablish the connection.
As of yesterday ( 17th June 2020 ), before the major NSW outage was announced, I have no internet. Power cycling the device does not resolve the issue.
I have confirmed that the configuration is still intact.
I was curious as to whether a frmware upgrade may help, however Ive found locating the firmware difficult.
I did find this post which indicated there was a higher version than the version I have installed.

I suspect there is an issue with modem. Any help would be appreciated
