Hi,
I have not had an internet connection for more than 3 days now. I have been trying to contact TPG via online chat support but I am unable to type a response once I connect with a staff member. The 4th light on the router is red, I have tried restarting and rebooting the router but it doesn't seem to work. I am very disappointed as this is the second time I have to contact TGP because of internet issues and the worst part is that I can not get a response back.
