We got this problem yesterday, a search of outages shown an intermittent 3rd party fault in the Cairns area, which was apparently cleared last night.
We still have the problem today.
My partner has followed the troubleshooting steps including:
- Checking NBN for outages at our address - none found
- Powering the NBN and TPG boxes off for more than one minute (one after the other)
- Physically checking the fibre cable to the external and internal NBN boxes - there's nothing that looks out of place
The scheduled account payment went through on the weekend, so there should be no issues in that regard.
