No Internet Service - East Melbourne

Ran the TPG App - Test Connection and it says "your internet service is offline".

Been calling for service help but have been stuck on hold for over an hour.

What is going on?

We advise customers to check if their service is affected by an unplanned or planned outage before performing any troubleshooting.

5G home broadband has slowed to a crawl here. Switching back to NBN later this week.
