No Internet Since Tuesday 26/04

Hi,

I have had no internet (in Illawarra region) since Tuesday.

Tried all the tests that you tell us to do.

I lodged a fault but no one has contacted me.

I work 100% from home and need this fixed urghently.

Am having to hotspot off my personal phone to work!!!!!
