slave email account banned

I have a couple of email accounts, one in particular have been banned by tpg for using SMTP, apparently due to a virus
So my question is how d i change the email password on this particular account?

If the account is banned from using SMTP by tpg, you should find out why to notify the admin to remove the ban if possible. If banned, the change wouldn't have any effect

Have you spoken to the manager, have you been able to lift the ban, I'm really curious about it, please share it with us.  @gina
