Hi TPG, I've attempted to contact through phone but no one picked up.
I'm based in WA, post code 6062. My internet connection is not working, first identified on Thu 16-Nov-2023 at 5:40pm AWST. I have completed the "Troubleshooting NBN FTTC for No Connection" guide from TPG. The Network Outage Portal says my location is not on outage and the Service Status portal does not list my suburb. Could you please reach out and help restore my connection?
