No Internet but still being charged

Hi,

We have literally only had internet for 4 days over the past month (new customer with TPG) due to TPG and Telstra not being able to fix our internet connection issues. And now we have been billed for the next month for a service that we still can't even use!!! Will we be compensated for the month (or possibly months) we are paying for internet wihtout having any connection?
