No Internet connection St kilda

There has been an issue with my Internet. It keeps dropping out and after a few minutes, it'll have a red flashing light on the modem. I'll restart and it'll be fine for a few minutes before having the red light again. Also, it just says no Internet connection on my WiFi (on the phone). Have requested for a call back and estimated was 40 mins ago, but it has been an hour. Calling them now but unable to reach them. Is anyone having the same issue?
