Get online support

No Internet connection

TPG Team,
My Internet connection is down for the last 2 days (since 15-Feb)
On the modem/router only the Power and 2.4G and 5G indicators are on, nothing else.
I have restarted the modem several times, but nothing changed.
I have tried calling the contact center, but even after waiting for hours the call is not answered.
Could you help resolve this issue.
