My Internet connection is down for this afternoon (since 17-Feb), and the home line can't be connected too.
I have restarted the modem several times, but nothing changed.
I have checked the status service onlin, and no outrage in my area.
I have tried calling the contact center, but even after waiting for half hour the call is not answered.
Could you help resolve this issue.
