nbn no internet

There was an nbn outage in my area earlier today. I was notified by a text message that the outage had been resolved. It has been a while since then and I tried restarted the nbn box and modem. I am still not getting internet. Please help me out here...

Though we send SMS regarding outages, NBN customers can also check if their services are affected by an unplanned NBN network outage.

In your case, NBN Co. tagged the outage as resolved and it shows that your service is now up and running.
