No Internet light

Green Internet light has turned off on modem. according to both nbn and tpg there are no service issues. Over 24 hours with no Internet, any tips?

Additional information:
All 4 NBN box lights are green.
The connection seemed to have dropped out during Thursdays storm.
I can’t get through to anyone on the phone!
