No Internet

We have ben without Internet for several days. I have called the credit department and we are up to date and have not been disconnected. Have also been tossed around to different departments with no action. Im really dissapointed as noone is taking ownership to help us and most people say they cannot brin gup our account number. I need this rectified today!

Sad to learn that you're having issues with the connection. We recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
