Can someone please check our connection as we have had NO INTERNET for the past 3 days, with no publised outages.
We have also had extremely intermittent internet coverage since NBN took over.
Please advise what we can do as I do not feel we should be paying for a service we are not being provided with.
We'd like to check your account and see what we can do to restore your service.
