No NBN Connection

NBN was working perfectly since last night, and totally no connection this morning. It cannot reconnect even after restarting modem etc. The Upstream light is flashing and the Online light is off.

Checked outage status, our area is not on the outage list.

Can someone please help? We rely on this for our work and the kids online learning. We tried online chat, it's not available. We tried the phone call, but the line is too bad to hear anything from your tech support team. Would someone please urgently look into this?
