Get online support
No NBN HFC connection since 21/5 afternoon.
Lights on NBN box keep flashing.
My area is 2200 Bankstown.
Spoke to TPG support. Technician came to check and said the signal was very weak.
Contacted TPG support again and the staftt said there was outage in the area since this afternoon but my disconnected yesterday already.
Please advise when I can have NBN back.

Thanks for raising this with us! Let me check this further and see what's going on with your service. Can you PM us your TPG username or customer ID including your service address so we can pull up your account? We're unable to locate your account using your community details.

The outage that NBNCo mentioned that affected 6 customers have been declared as resolved. However, I tested your line and can detect that your NBN box is still not working.
We have rejected NBNCo's resolution and we're waiting for them to schedule an NBN technician to check your service. Once the information is available, you will be contacted by our Engineering Team via SMS or phone call.
