Hi,
On my smart tv, I'm being told Wifi is connected but there is no internet connection so Im not getting my normal pay tv services.
Ive checked the TPG website for NBN outages and it says there are no outages at my location.
It seems to have gone from an intermittent problem to a permanent outage as its been out for nearly 2 days and no amount of restarting the router etc is helping.
Can you please send someone to investigate.
Hi @ajkdragons2010 . Do you have other wifi devices? Or an ethernet computer? Can they access the internet?
Does the tv show if it has an ip address?
If other devices are working, can you try a reset of the tv?
