No NBN Internet Connection

Internet connection is down with the NBN modem light on the upstream blinking. Is there a problem with NBN at the moment?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and it appears that the service is back On.

We've checked what happened with NBN Co and learned that they've performed a scheduled routine maintenance which requires a planned outage to your service. This is to improve the stability of the NBN network.
