No NBN Internet Since Sydney Storm 1/10

I lost the NBN internet connection during the Sydnry storm on Friday.
I reported the fault (Ticket No. 11772005) but not resolved.
The Connection lights of my NBN FTTC Network Connection Box is Red and it is blinking.

I've managed to locate the said account and it appears that an appointment has been booked on 06 October 2021 between 1-5PM AEDT.
