No NBN connection

My NBN connection had been working fine since I had it first installed a few months ago. I had to temporarily disconnect the NBN Connection Box - CM 8200B. I have tried to re-connect, but the 4 lights on the NBN connection box are still flashing and it has been over an hour. I feel the box is connected the right way as per the set up guide.

Can anyone assist?
