What should I do if I lose my NBN network at night?

I can't use the network now, and I can't reach the service staff.

We understand your issue however we don't have a 24hours support for residential account.


Here's the operating hous of our Helpdesk.

Monday - Friday: 8am - midnight
Weekends & Public Holidays: 9am - 9pm.
I also check your account and our Network Engineers are now handling your case.
They are now coordinating with NBN to resolve your issue.
