No NBN connection

I’ve not had NBN connection since I got home tonight.
Been on the phone waiting for the last 45min for help.
Have checked network status and there doesn’t seem to be any issues.
Have unplugged and reconnected both boxes several times with no luck. All lights seems to be on.
