Hi, we have NBN internet and home phone bundle. I was using internet yesterday morning and it was suddenly disconnected. It says “Cable error . Please make sure the cable is connected to the gateway properly.” I disconnected then connected all of the modem’s cable but didn’t work. I turned the modem’s power on and off, even did resetting but still didn’t work. The modem’s green lights are only on Power and WLAN. WAN, Internet and VolP’s lights are off. We can’t use phone as well. Any help?
