I have not had an internet connection since 17 April 2020.
I have undertaken all the testing of modem & Arris box as requested and was advised that there was a problem (that required a fix by TPG) and that I would receive a call within 48 hours.
It is now more than 3 days and I am still waiting for a call and for my internet connection to be restored.
I need an internet connection to work from home.
This issue requires urgent resolution
