I have not had an internet connection since 17 April 2020. I have undertaken all the testing of modem & Arris box as requested and was advised that there was a problem (that required a fix by TPG) and that I would receive a call within 48 hours.  It is now more than 3 days and I am still waiting for a call and for my internet connection to be restored. I have had no issues with my internet connection until Fri 17 April, but since then have had no internet at all. I have followed all the steps in the solution emailed to me by your team, multiple times with no success, and have not had a response to my follow up email.
