Internet been lagging for days with no access at all today. Checked for any NBN outages in area but all fine with neighbours accessing NBN network via Telstra and Dodo with no issues.
Tried calling TPG for support but get cut off due to high volumes. Directed to online support but yet to see if it exists!
Working from home but unable to due to no internet.
If TPG support exists could I please be directed to it or where to cancel account. Thanks!
