My internet connection has dropped out. Modem and internal set up are fine (I've checked and tested cables, data etc and even restarted the modem and the computer). The internet light on the TPG-supplied modem is not lit up. I checked for outages and found that there was scheduled maintenance in my area (Edgecliff NSW 2027) but only for today 6 April 2020 and that was meant to be finished at 3pm this afternoon. What else can be done to get back online? I've had no internet for three days and had to physically leave my home to complete my work duties due to no internet and poor connectivity over the weekend. Ideally, would like the internet back tonight or tomorrow as I do not want to risk being compromised by covid-19 by going outside. Thanks.
