Get online support

No internet for last three weeks. Please respond ASAP as I need to work

To TPG.

I have had no internet connection for the past three weeks. I have rung continuously, as well as tried online chat but can’t get through as it always says busy, try later. I also emailed but only get automated emails back. Tried to reset modem but no luck. This is very frustrating when paying for something you can’t use for nearly a month now. Can someone please let me know who I can talk to regarding this situation.
