Get online support

No NBN internet connection in my unit

I applied for TPG NBN50 bundel plan. I got router last week.
My account ID is 6780977 and user name is zhongchubo.
The NBN installation was complete on 3rd April. But the technican did not come in to my unit. It is 6 days now and still no internet connection!!
I tried everything for internet connection, but the DSL light is still black and no internet.
The phone line is connected to the DSL port.
I entered the username and password but still can not connect.
I went to check the pppoe_ptm_2_0_d interface. the status is DSL disconnected.
