Why do TPG insist on telling customers that a technition will be with them with in 24 hours only to have them not call agin.

 

second time I have had issues.

the last 24 hours lasted 5 days to get a technition to tell me what I already told them, the modem was a lemon.

 

this time I get my email banned for sending myself emails from another computer

so wait in line again for a chat to resolve the problem only to be told it will take another 24 to 48 hours,

do not use TPG, it is all about money now and not about customer service

well another 24 hours have passed with still no one contacting me to resolve my issue.
