I have had no issues with my internet connection until Fri 17 April, but since then have had no internet at all. I have followed all the steps in the solution emailed to me by your team, multiple times with no success, and have not had a response to my follow up email. I need the internet urgently to work from home. All lights on my Arris bix are lit up and stable.
