No NBN internet connection

We had to unplug our modem and NBN box to move a piece of furniture but since reconnecting the internet doesn’t work.

All the lights are on (and green) on both our our NBN box and modem except for the ‘Internet’ light... so no internet. Wifi is showing up but not loading?

Can you please advise how to fix this?

If your nbn box has green lights, is it an Arris (HFC)?

Can you check the cable from nbn box to router. It goes in WAN socket, not one of the 4 LAN sockets. Its the thicker cable.

Does the wan light come on when connected?
