No NBN internet connection

Power and connection light are solid blue but there is no Broadband or LAN light. Have reset modem, turned on/off and changed Ethernet cable but cannot connect to the internet.

Apologies for the inconvenience the connection issue is causing you. 

 

I've since checked your account and the recent interaction showed that the issue has been coordinated to NBN Co and that a tech visit is scheduled on Thursday, 27 February 2020 between 8AM - 12PM.

Hi, My NBN connection continues to drop out completely since it was "fixed" and my modem is also making a clicking noise. I have had no response to previous follow ups and need the internet to work in order to work from home. Is it possible to go back to ADSL? I never had this issue until I switched to NBN.
