No NBN internet connection

Our internet has not been working for two days. I have tried calling TPG, I have sent an email and I have tried to chat online but I have had no replies and no one has got in contact with me to try to resolve the issue.
I do need the internet for work purposes as I am having to work from home but due to having no internet it is a real struggle.

Can someone please get in contact with me ASAP?
