No internet

Tried to make the internet work through troubleshooting over the last few days and no luck zero internet.

No luck with customer service no response and no call Center, annoying when you try to work from home and have to use your 4g

Before attempting the troubleshooting steps, we recommend that you do the following below.

  • Check our Service Status at https://www.tpg.com.au/servicestatus
  • "Power cycle" your ADSL modem. This means turning your modem off and waiting for one minute before turning it back on again. This allows your modem to reestablish connection to our server.

If you are still unable to connect to the Internet, you can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link: https://www.tpg.com.au/support/problems_connect_internet.php

 

In your case, our Engineers verified that there's a fault within the copper network and raised it with Telstra, however, it appears that there's a network outage in the area. Telstra have indicated they will aim to restore service by 28/03/2020.

Further updates will be given by your assigned Engineer via SMS or phone call once an update becomes available.
