No NBN internet connection

Have a hfc connection at my place. Suddenly lost internet. The firstly downstream light kept on flashing and now the upstream lights....not coming online at all. Please help have consulting firm run from home in this covid situation

My new address is 22 Halley Avenue Camberwell. I have moved from u3 1090 Toorak road Camberwell 6 days ago. TPG moved my connection to this place

Currently I am able see that we have received your relocation request  which under progress,  at your old address Unit 3, 1090 Toorak Road, Camberwell, VIC 3124 still i am able to see that internet is use by your Username.

 

For your new address (22 Halley Avenue, Camberwell, VIC 3124 ) Nbn Technician is booked for Thursday, 23 April 2020, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM so you need to wait for nbn to complete from their end.
