Slow or no internet

We are trying to work from home in order to keep our jobs and of course my daughter needs it for home schooling, we need the internet to work but it's slow and keeps cutting in and out.
I understand more people are on it but we just got NBN in our area which was suppose to improve it.
Is there something you can do or should I look at another provider?

Your NBN-FTTC 12/1 service at this point is passing on our systems.

 

Can you keep an eye on the NBN-NCD to see if any bluer lights drop/flash when your service is not working.

 

Also, here is a doc to help TS common speed issues. Sometimes with heavy usages, the 1meg UPLOAD speed on a 12/1 plan can become a bottleneck especially with heavy usuage.

I would appreciate talking to someone regarding my plan , maybe I need to upgrade my plan?
