No NBN sync after recovering from power outage

NBN modem no longer has sync connection after power outage (only power light) and sync light blinking continuously / retrying. Did all the usual checks like reboot, power off & wait, changed cables but still the same. NBN outage check page states no issue at my address and TPG service status page does not have my area listed on the NBN outage page (same as last time when there was a power outage). Support closes at 10pm, so hoping someone at TPG is still looking into forums Smiley Happy Help please :')
