No NBN50 connection for 3 days Arris cm8200

Ive contacted TPG 2/8/19 regarding the problem, still no internet service and no reply from TPG regarding the issue.The Arris cm8200 simple cycles from off to on, then down/up and online lights flash 15 times. Down/up then turn blue and all lights off. The cycle starts again. Ive received a ticket number and a techops email to contact. Guess what.... still no reply

Thanks for reaching out to us. I was able to pull up your account using your community details as reference. It appears that you have spoken to an Engineer earlier today to discuss the progress of the ticket. From what I can tell, your issue has been raised to NBNCo for repair. We're currently waiting for a technician appointment from NBNCo. Once the information is available, an Engineer will notify you via SMS or phone call. Should you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to leave a comment on this thread.

Thanks for the info. It appears that the arris cm8200 has lost the ip registration
