No TPG Internet through NBN

Level 2
No internet connection since 28/2/20, NBN box all green but no internet through wireless modem, which is on and has normal wifi ( have also tried direct Ethernet connection). Have reset modem and reinput tpg credentials. Have tried alternate Ethernet cable between nbn box and modem. No outage listed for area. Believe it is a service issue.
