I want to change our internet plan

A change of plan can be an upgrade or downgrade to your current ADSL2+ with Home Phone Bundle plan or TPG NBN Bundle Plan.


For ADSL2+,


Simply follow the steps below:

  • Log into 'Your Account' via TPG homepage using your TPG Username and Password.
  • Under 'ADSL Account Management', click 'Change of Plan'.
  • You will be presented with the steps you have to complete, click 'Start Change of Plan' to begin your change of plan process.
