How can I get help with my internet issue. Called customer service and a recorded message directs you to online tech chat support and then hangs up. Tried chat support multiple times but message tells me try again later. Logged a service issue at 9am and have heard nothing at 4.21pm. Tried calling accounts department which directs you to online chat again. Why can’t I get any help!!!!! I need the internet to work from home. Totally frustrated 😩
I feel you, I am trying to do the same thing. They disconnected my line without telling me when I haven't breached their T&Cs now I chasing them to get help fixing their mistake and no one will talk to me. I did manage to get through yesterday and was told someone will call me that day. Still no response.
